Can diploma student get admission in IIT colleges? Which exams need to be appear and the percentage necessary in diploma?
Respected sir,
I am the student of diploma mechanical and i want toknow that can diploma student an get admission in IIT colleges? If yes, than which exam are necessary for us? How many percentage is necessary in diploma? Plz plz reply me i am really very confuse and i want proper guideline I hope you will give answer of my question. |

No, Diploma holders are not eligible to get admission in IIT. Only candidates who have completed 12th standard with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a recognised board and must have appeared, qualified and secured good rank in JEE Main examination. But, if you want are interested to pursue B.Tech course, you need to appear in Lateral Entry examinations like LEET/ECET/JELET examinations for getting admission in B.Tech course in top level colleges.
