Fore diploma student can not do jee exam because in diploma I am not study chemastry ,maths,physics so please tall another way to join iiit? Is diploma students eligible to write the IIT JEE exam? What is the criteria followed? Can you please answer?

No, Diploma candidates are not eligible to appear in IIT JEE Entrance Examination. The basic qualification required is as follows.

>> Minimum Qualification required is 12th Class in 10+2 pattern with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects. Whereas you have completed your studies in 10+3 pattern which is done directly after 10th Class.

>> Do not worry, you can join IIIT's through lateral entry scheme to pursue B.E/ B.Tech in your desired stream. For this you are required to attend your state's / National Level Lateral Entry Entrance Examination. Based on the marks you secure in Lateral Entry Examination, you will be getting seat in good college.

Yes, Diploma candidates are eligible to appear in JEE Main and Advance examination. But, the Diploma holders JEE Main examination marks and rank will not be considered for admission to NIT's. Candidates who have qualified and secured top 1,50,000 rank in JEE Main examination are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination.

JEE Main doesn't have any lateral entry procedure but still diploma holders are eligible for JEE Main and Advanced for first year admission in IITs and NITs.

If you are looking for second year lateral entry admission then apply for exams like LEET, JELET, DET etc.

No, I am sorry to say that Diploma holders cannot appear for IIT JEE examination as there is no provision for it. You need to have completed your 12th level of education from a recognized board in order to be eligible to prepare for the above mentioned examination.

Yes, diploma candidate are eligible for IIT JEE exam.

Those who have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks are eligible for IIT-JEE exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category candidates.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.
