Is there any availability of jobs for students who have completed diploma and have backlogs? or it's difficult to get the job with backlogs? Can you please guide me with the right details on the same? It will be helpful if you can answer me soon. Thanks!

I am sorry to say that it is not possible to get jobs after the Diploma course with having backlogs yet.
Since you have not cleared your backlogs, you have not completed your Diploma course successfully and you will not get the passing certificate also. So, you would not be getting any kind of jobs since you have not completed your Diploma course.
