hello,

generally fee rates are lower for polytechnic course
they are as follows
1. government polytechnics and autonomous institutes
Rs.7000/- to 16000/- pa

2. private institutes
Rs. 30000/- to 50000/- pa

this includes exam fees as well

after standard if you want to do courses in polytechnic then only 1 way is there that is to do DIPLOMA....for that you had to give DET exam...
