the h r round in all the interviews plays a very crucial role my tips are be maintained with your attitude the hr try to be close with you don't lose your tounge he will try to get all the information from you and will not give a chance if you do so so don't get over excited if your h r is very jovial with you instead be very careful don't be out your balanced mind he'll try to praise you than his company so don't get excited and be very careful keep concentrated in all whole in his room he may ask you all silly question try to answer all those don't make yourself too low for the sake of his job maintain your attitude all the best ~aditya~ |

Re: How to face HR questions in an interview?
Quote:
Interview is one of the most typical part of any one's life when he is applying for job. It is very difficult for a job seeker, to face the interviewer questions, especially for freshers who are just out of college, seeking a job. Some of the questions which are mostly asked in HR interview:- Tell me about yourself? What are your greatest strengths? What are your greatest weaknesses? Tell me about something you did - or failed to do - that you now feel a little ashamed of? One thing you should always remember that whenever the interviewer ask any question and you don't know its answer, then never give any wrong answer. Inspite of this you can say Sir at this moment I am not able to answer you but I will make sure that i will update my knowledge soon. When the interviewer ask about yourself then you should answer in the manner so that your answer should contain your achievements, skills and talents that will show your positive attitude. Make a short, organized statement of your education and professional achievements and professional goals which you want to achieve in your life. Never give your answer very long. You should limit your answer in just one minute. Qualities that Employers seek in you:- 1)- Good Communication Skills 2)- Honesty 3)- Teamwork Skills 4)- Interpersonal Skills 5)- Motivation 6)- Strong work ethic 7)- Analytical Skills 8)- Flexibility 9)- Computer Skills 10)-Self Confidence |
