Both INFOSYS OR TCS companise are better, But INFOSYS is more better than TCS.

Both INFOSYS OR TCS companise are paid high salaries to employees and other facilities also.

Among TCS and Infosys both are equally good ..however the work environment and culture is quite good at TCS and they quite doesn't give pink slip to employees. So for a fresher TCS would be a better company to start with .And also TCS conduct TATA ACADEMICS SERVICE each year by which you can switch to any other company of TATA conglomorate.

These are the two leading Indian IT companies that are set to lead the IT
world globally. Both are basically “Computer Services Companies” even though
they have their own Products like “Infy Finacle” and “TCS Quartz”.

Even though they compete in the same area,
Even though they have many common clients,
Even though they do a lot of similar work,
these two are totally different in the way they work, their policies, the
way they see the clients/employees, the way they handle projects.

TCS is a 39 year old $4 billion company compared to Infosys which is 25 year
old $3 billion company. Let’s compare from two perspectives:
1) Customer

As a Customer to these two companies, you won’t find much differences. Both
deliver things on time, both deliver code of same quality etc.
But TCS may be a bit cheaper than Infosys, but latter may guarantee more
quality
for that price.
2) Employee
As an Employee, one can see a lot of differences.
1) Work Pressure

This is the first and foremost thing an employee looks for. Here obviously
TCS scores. You will rarely see people slogging in TCS whereas there is no
Infy without Slogging. Of course this difference to certain extent comes
from some extra quality things that are done at Infy, but still TCS do not
mind saying “No” when it’s difficult. Infy manager rarely has the world “No”
in their dictionary.
Note: No matter what facilities a company provides, if the workload is high,
your life will be miserable.
2) Remuneration

Infy have a well defined compensation policy. They have increments every
year and everything follows proper process. At the end, TCS guy too have the
same salary, but there are no processes as such.
One good thing about TCS is their Variable pay is less compared to infy
i.e. TCS gives what they promises but Infy may not.

Infosys is a company that loves to make Employees pay tax.
In a way, Infy is more patriotic.
TCS is more practical and loves to be in the side of employees.
3) Infrastructure
Well, this point, don’t even think of comparing. They are miles apart
so both are good.................

-> First thing which you have to keep in mind when comparing with these 2 companies is...

-> Compro Technologies is a product based company.

-> Infosys Technologies is more of service based company.

-> Compro Technologies have very less amount of people working when compared to Infosys because they deal with real time projects, while infosys deals with project based on service. When we think about product based company it will be tough to cope up for freshers when compared working in a service based company like Infosys.

-> You have got through compro technologies selection process then that shows you can cope up as a fresher when you get into the company..

-> Package and career growth wise Compro Technologies is way beyond Infosys, because there wont be proper growth when you are in Infosys as the competition are high..

-> If you are going to work just 1 year in compro Technologies then you will have a higher preference to get more jobs in future..

-> At the end of the day its your interest to choose between these 2 companies, just think wise and take the decision..

Both are good but if you want good facilities then join the infosys because it give you a good package and also there is benefits of promotion yearly depending on your performance.

Both companies are quite enough to compete with each other.A slight differs is that,for development of software, Infosys companies is quite high position than TCS company.Were TCS company is in high positon in consultancy services.

dear ,generally these company has a good growth rate and high profitability ,so you can join any one of these two.But the working environment of infosys is better then Tcs

hello,,, its me shilpi,, n i m sharing sm of my thoughts here......................

there are some points which makes TCS differ from others...

1. reputation : as all of us know that it belongs to TATA group,,, tht wealthiest group of INDIA..

2. work culture : TCS provide the work culture of work life balance... and every body have to balance its engaged life.

3. employee growth : there are so many fields in which TCS deals.. like
IT SERVICES, HEALTH N CARE,, HOSPITALITY,, MARKETING,, BUSINESS SOLUTIONS,, CONSULTANCY etc...
So any body can move from one function to another... coz it provides..
FLEXIBILITY and FUNCTION MOBILITY..

A good example of growth is that Mr. N. CHANDRASEKARAN, the CEO of company entered in TCS as trainee but now he is CEO of company...:):)

so guys decision is in ur hands...

Both the companies are leading software company in Asia...

But I will suggest you to go for TCS..
because I have heard that the working environment is much better in TCS..
Beside this the salary package is also higher than Infosys..
The working load is much higher in Infosys , but the working load is much less in TCS..

So, based on these things , I will suggest you to go for TCS..

if we r Talking abt Ranking then we can say TCS is Number 1 and Infosys is number 2.................but Apart From Ranking both Companies are great.......

See TCS(Tata Consultancy Services) and INFOSYS both these two company is good in the IT industry.They give the same accommodation and package for the freshers. These companies are also doing on the good projects.

Dude close your eyes and join Infosys, there is no comparison between Infosys and L&T.

I am a four years experienced candidate. I have got offer in both Infosys and TCS. TCS offers me better package and position in same state. Infosys offers lesser package and posting in different state.

What you would choose if you are in my position. Please share.

Being a TCS employee..... I will never vote for TCS.................. Full of politics... Deduction from your package............. hidden charges........... No open door policy..............

Worst HR policy................ etc....... Only the brand name TATA, nothing much............. Good Technology.............

well both the companies are good .....both give equal job profile and packages.......but TCS being a more renovated company, they provide many other facilities along with the salary..............
like the general terrify for one tight stay at taj is 20000.....but as a TCS employee you have to just pay 2700.......you can buy any tata product with a heavy discount........

If you get an opportunity in both companies at the same time then do the analysis with the job prospects in these two companies then select one. Else select the first one you get the opportunity, because both are well reknowned copanies & for most of the guys they are the dream companies.
