Eligibility Criteria: If you want to apply for Engineering Sevices Exam you should have an engineering degree from a recognised institute or be in their final year. A candidate should be more than 21 years and less than 30 years of age as on 1st August, 2010. There are relaxations in age limit for various reserved categories. yes you can write UPSC exams, if you are a final year b.tech student. because final year candidates are surely eligible for this exams but you should be more than 21 years and less than 30 years of age as on 1st August, 2010. You want to appear in UPSC exams when you will be in final year of B.tech engineering, then you can go for it, there is nothing wrong with that.. Eligibility for UPSC exams:-------------------------- >>The candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade from a recognized university. >>Final year candidates are also can apply for the exam. >>No such percentage of aggregate is required. >>The candidates age should be in between 21-30 years. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. >>The candidate should be a citizen of India. These are requirements you have to fulfill. So, no need to worry , you can appear in UPSC exam when you will be in final year of B.tech. All the best.. |
