Hello everyone, i have been selected for wase program.. want to know the complete information about the MS from Bits Pilani offering by WIPRO,

complete info in the sense wat all will b the subjects and wats the percentage level, about the candidates who maintain backlogs...

HEARD THAT THOSE CANDIDATES WHO MAINTAIN BACKLOGS AND WHO R NOT CAPABLE OF SCORING AROUND 60% WILL BE THROWN OUT FROM BITS PILANI AND THEY WILL NOT GET ANY COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE AND ALONG WITH THIS THE CANDIDATE SHOULD LEAVE WIPRO... IS THIS RYT?????????????

and along with that can anyone suggest me on this because at present I am with HP and drawing 14.5thousands take home per month. What will be my salary if i join wipro on wase basis..

Is this useful for sum one like me who is working with such a company like HP... Shall i leave HP for this WASE..

Hello wasian01. Myself Shraddha and I have also got selected in WASE on 20th August 2011.But still havn't received Offer Letter from them.After how much time did you get your offer letter?I am doubtfull about getting offer letter from them.
And Sharan has said in his comment here that we have to struggle for 5 years.But Wipro will give MS in 4 years na?So why he said 5 years?

I am ex wasian.I finished wase some years back and reading ur posts took me to the days when i was about to join this program.Time has passed but the queries remain same.

Let me say what to i feel about WASE.

Its an excellent program for the people with right attitude.It marinates you so well that by the time you pass out of this program ,you are ready to face any situation in ur professional life.
When you are working for a company as big as wipro ur experiences may vary.so some wasians wont agree with what i say but thats how life is , u got to swim through its hardships.Even after ur Mba /MCA/BTECH /BSC or whatever you do ,once you start working ,ur experiences would vary.

But in a nutshell ..Doing WASE is far better than doing BTECH/MCA from 2nd string colleges in India.

I am doing quite well in my professional life and i owe a lot to wipro for having a program like WASE.

The eligibility for wase program is:
Education--B.Sc. ( Computer Science/Electronics, Physics, and Mathematics) / BCM / BCA
Branches--Mathematics, CS, IT, Physics, Statistics, Electronics
Academic Percentage--Equal to or more than 50% in 10th, 50% 12th & 60% in graduation till date.
Additional requirement--Should have studied Mathematics in 12th

Hello , I've got selected for Wiprowase program and the selection process was very easy,hired 33 from 75 . I have a doubt , i heard that ms is a tough program and it need a very good infrastructure which is not there in most of Indian universities offering ms . what kind of skills we acquire after completing the skill ?? and what kind of jobs we get after completing ms through Wiprowase.
