CBI stands for Central Bureau of Investigation. Many candidates want to join CBI in Order to get reputation and power. It is a job which is dream of many persons but one thing that i want to tell you is that most of the candidate does not even know the eligibility criteria to get into CBI as well as how to prepare for the exam and which exam to give.

CBI gets it recruitment done from SSC. So in short SSC Recruits people for Central bureau of Investigation, For this recruitment SSC Holds a exam whose Name is SSC Combined Graduate level exam. This exam is a objective type exam and it is held once in a year. SSC has plans to conduct this exam twice in a year but as of now that plan is in pipeline.

SSC CGL Eligibility :-

A candidate must be a graduate
Graduation must be done from a recognized university
Age limit is 20-27
No relaxation to General candidates
Relaxation is given to SC ST and OBC candidate
No minimum percentage limit
Students from any subject can apply for the exam.

Exam Pattern :-

It is conducted in two parts (Tier I & Tier II)
Tier I subjects are :-
Maths
GK
Reasoning
English
Paper will be of 200 marks with 50 questions form each subject

Tier II :-

2 paper on same day
English :- 200 marks
Maths :- 200 marks

After exam Interview and computer proficiency test will be taken based on the Marks that you achieved.

Central Bureau of Investigation is a leading agency for investigation which comes under the control of the Indian Government.

To join CBI you need to appear for CGPE exam i.e. Combined Graduate preliminary Exam which is conducted by SSC (Staff selection commission)board every year.



EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduation in any discipline

AGE LIMIT : 20 - 27 years
Upper age relaxation will applicable SC/ST candidates for 5 years and OBC candidates for 3 .

You need to appear for SSC (Staff Selection Commission) Examination in graduate level

Eligibility :

Education : Any bachelor Degree

Percentage : 60% on an average

AGE : 21-35

Selection Process :

Two levels of Written Exams
i.e,.
Written test 1
Written test 2

And after selection
you need to Attend for
Personal interview..

After completion of my 5 years mbbs course how I can become a cbi officer is there any chance to do so

i have 6.4 as ma percentange in BE(EEE)..can i join cbi?or we need only firstclass degree?only frstclass holder can join or even secondclass can join?
