I am taken lower maths in 10 th std. But I want to become an cbi officer so can apply to becoming an cbi officer.

sorry, you are not eligible for CBI exam after passing 10th class...

If you join CBI you have complete your Graduation in Any Stream with at least 55% from Recognize Universities after you can apply it.....

Age Limit should Not exist 25 years for General Category. there is a relaxation is available for SC/ST category up to upper Age + 5 years.....

hi,
to become a cbi officer you have to do graduation with min. 60% in any stream,then you have to pass a exam called CGPE or SSC conducted by UPSC every year for the following post senior public prosecutor.(SPP),sub inspector(SP) and assistant public officer.
so after 10th you can choose any stream according to your interest.in 12th get above 60% marks,then do graduation with min. 60% marks from govt. recognised university,then prepare for CGPE and take exam.
one thing always kept in mind that you have to be mentally and physically fit.

I am in 10th now.for appearing upsc exam further is it necessary tht I choose science only????I m interested in psychology.so for that if I choose arts then will it affect my selection??

CBI - Central Bureau of Investigation officer

To join CBI you will have to appear in recruitment exam for CBI known as CGPE (Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam) organized by SSC(Staff Selection Commission) every year.

You must fulfill the following criteria for CBI Exam:

You should have completed bachelors degree in any strem from a recognized Institute/University.

Final year students are not allowed to appear for the exam.

Your age must be between 21 to 27 years.
Relaxation of upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC in upper age limit.

Application procedure for CBI exam:

You cant appear for CBI after your 10th, you need to be atleast graduate

following are the eligibility criteria for CBI entrance exam

- You should be graduate
- You should be graduate from recognized college/institute
- you should have atleast 50% marks in your graduation
- your age should not exceed 27 years
- Relaxation of 5 year for SC/ST and 3 year for OBC

So at present you should focus on 10th and 12th and then on graduation.
Try to get good marks at each level
