The eligibility criteria required for the NDA examination are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of 12th with Physics and Maths for Air Force and Navy; but any stream for Army from any recognised board.

* Age limit- 16.5-19 yrs.

* Nationality- Indin.

* Sex- Male.

* Marital status- Single or unmarried.

To join NDA (National Defence Academy) one can appear the entrance exam conducted by UPSC New Delhi twice a year.
Eligibility Criteria:
1.Qualification:- +2 or 12th standard of education or equivalent for Army & with physics, Math for Air force & Navy.
2.Age:- 16 1/2 to 19 years as of 1st day of the month of the year of examination.
3.Marital Status:- Un Married
4.sex:- Male
These are the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the NDA entrance exam.

You must have a minimum of " 12th " class from a recognized university


The minimum age must be " 16.5 " years


Maximum age is allowed up to " 19 " years



Only UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES are eligible to apply

You must be an Indian Citizen

Educational Qualification:

For Indian Army : 12th pass.
For Indian Navy & Airforce : 12th pass with physica and maths subjects.

As you are a girl, you can't write NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.
It is one of the most prestigious and reputed things to crack the NDA exam.
It is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.
In order to give the NDA exam , the following eligibilities are necessary :-

1.) 10+2 pass students with physics , chemistry , maths with a minimum of 70% are eligible for it.
2.) Only unmarried male candidates are allowed in this . Girls are not allowed.
3.) Age limitation is between 16.5 -19 years.
4.) Minimum height should be 157cm with 5cm chest expansion.
5.) Eyesight should be 6/6 of both the eyes.
