Yes, you can join to Navy by qualifying CDS exam. You must be a male candidate with the marital status of single. Upper age limit is 22 years. Being an engineering graduate, you are eligible to join any of the three wings of defense. CDS exam is carried out by UPSC. Applications can be submitted online through the website of UPSC.

CDS - Combined Defence Service, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year for an entry in to Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy.

The eligible candidate aspiring to join Indian Navy(INA) of CDS, must be an unmarried Indian Male candidate, having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam/B.Tech.
