Hello friend,
There is no particular department in merchant navy for a pharmacist. The merchant navy has various opening for engineering graduates as well as candidates who have pursued nautical science.
If you had the subject combination of physics, chemistry and maths in +2 level, you may join as deck cadet but as per your qualification, I don'r think you have studied all these subjects in +2 level.
So, I would suggest you to make a career in your relevant area, which is also very demanding these days.

frd why do u want to go in merchant navy field after completing B.Pharm u better do M.Pharm its also a good course na !!!
even i have done 1 year course in merchant navy and this year im going to apply for B.Pharmacy and then M.Pharm !!!!
why is B.Pharm not a good course ????????

after completiom of B.pharmacy can i apply for job in railway ,bank and other department at degree level?

Eligibility criteria & the procedure to join Merchant Navy
Eligibility for Merchant navy
Student must have passed 10+2 from recognized school or board.
Student must have PCM as combination subjects fro being eligible for Merchant navy.
Also students passing marine engineering can also take admission into Merchant navy.
You can also try for NAVY through following schemes......
SSC Pilot entry scheme.
NCC Special Entry Indian Naval Academy scheme
SSC Naval Armament Inspection cadre scheme
