CAT, referred as Common Admission Test, is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management for admission to the Post Graduate Management Program. Candidate must have completed the bachelors degree program from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks [45% for Sc/St/Da] to be eligible for the Common Admission Test. Only fulfilling the eligibility will not ensure consideration for shortlisting by Indian Institute of Management. One has to maintain a valid email account and a phone number throughout the selection procedure.

Since, you have scored 63% in the Bachelors degree program you are definitely eligible for Common Admission Test.

you are eligible to apply in CAT examination.

Your 12th marks will not create any problem to apply in CAT examination.


Minimum Eligibility to Apply for COMMON ADMISSION TEST (CAT)

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks from recognized university.


CAT have only two sections.

• Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation;
  
• Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning.

Duration of Examination -140 minutes.

There will be around 200 objective type questions in written exam.

For every right answer you will get +3

For every wrong answer you will get -1

For every question you will not attempt you will get 0

C.A.T is Common Admission Test.

C.A.T exam is conducted by Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad once in a year.
