i am pritam sarkar from teliamura, tripura west. I passed class 10 in. So can i join the indian navy?

You can join Indian Navy after 10th class, but only for positions like Cook, Steward etc. Hence in order to get in to a good position in Navy it is better to complete your 12th class first and then apply in Navy. You can join Indian Navy after 12th class through UPSC NDA examination. Minimum age limit to apply for this exam is 16.5 years. You should not be above 19 years to attend this exam. You should be a male candidate who is unmarried to join Navy. If you clear written test you need to appear for Physical Test and Personal Interview.

your not eligible for Indian Navy Examination After 10th standard . The basic Qualification is required to apply for India Navy Examination, Is that candidates should Complete 12th standard in science stream with Physics and Mathematics subjects .

So, I suggest you to apply for 11th standard in science stream , After Completing 12th standard you may apply for this Examination .

>>> You should be Citizen of India

>>> Your age should be 16. 5 years to 19 years .

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Navy Dock Yard Apprentices Examination :-

>>> You should be Unmarried male Candidate

>>> You should be Indian citizens

>>> You should Complete Matric (or) Equivalent Examination with Science from recognized University .

>>> Your age should be 14 to 19 years and Upper age relaxable will applicable for 5 years for SC/ ST candidates .

>>> You should be Physically fit . ( ie:-Your Weight should 45 kg / Your Height should be 150 cm )


Examination Pattern :-

## Mathematics
## General Knowledge

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Navy Sailors Direct Entry Examination :-

>>> You should be Unmarried Indian Male

>>> You should be Citizen of India .

>>> Your Age should be 17 years to 20 years.

>>> You should be Complete Matriculation ( or ) Equivalent Course with 55% Percentage with Science and Maths.

(OR)

>>> You should Complete 12th (or) Equivalent Examination with 50% Percentage of marks with Maths and Physics.

>>> You should have Basic Computer knowledge .

>>> You should be Physically as well as Medically fit

Examination Pattern :-

## English Language
## Science
## Mathematics
## General Knowledge

Sorry my friend only after 12th you will be eligible for Indian Navy.

After 12th or after graduation you can join Indian Navy.As you are a diploma graduate then you are also very much eligible for Indian Navy.See you have to take information from different newspapers and websites when the vacancies of Navy will come and according to this you can apply.

You can also apply for N.D.A.. There generally two examination are held for N.D.A., one is N.D.A.-1 and another is N.D.A.-2.You can also attempt both this two exam.

conducted by upce twice in year in
month june and december.

A candidate should have completed 12th
from recognise board.
