Presently notification of any PSU is not available for which you are eligible.
You will be eligible for those exams only, for which the notification comes in
November or later.

The notification of NTPC is published around November every year for the
recruitment of Executive Engineer Trainee. To be eligible for NTPC EET exam
you will have to score at least 65%(overall in 4 years) in B.Tech.

ge limit for Air force 19-23 years.
AgeThis exam is only for those candidate who has completed their graduation in any discipline.
Age limit for Army 19 -24 years .
A limit for Navy 18-22 years .
2]SSC- Short service commission a candidate can also join army. navy ,air force as a officer through SSC entrance exam .This paper is also conducted by UPSC .But it is short service commission
it means a candidate can serve in Indian army for limited period .
Age limit 19-24 years .
Age limit for Army 19 -24 years .
A limit for Navy 18-22 years .
3]TGS -Techinical graduate scheme in this a candidate should have degree in engineering Age limit 19-24 years .
Age limit for Army 19 -24 years .
A limit for Navy 18-22 years .
4]AFCAT - Through this exam a candidate can join air force as officer .
Age limit 18-28 years .

You have completed your B-TECH in ECE. But your graduation marks is must be 60% above because below mention organization have criteria is above 60% in graduation . This percentage is vary from organization to organization.

So you have many options to go like govt sector ,private sector or higher study also.

The govt sector options are -DRDO , BARC , ONGC , ISRO , NIC , IGDR , UPSC EXAM , BSNL JTO etc.The age limit for those organization is maximum 30 years .Age relaxation provide only for SC/ST /OBC candidate.

Another govt jobs options are UPSC exam and BANK PO exam.
