INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE

Age limit

21 years must be completed on 1st August of the year, which a candidate is appearing. Maximum 30 for general category, 33 for OBCs and 35 for SCs/STs. sO DONT WORRY, you can appear for it.

TIPS:

Appearing for this kind of exam, you need to have a systematic and constant approach, you must at least devoted some hours for it. It is still the toughest exam in the country. So prepare well, read newspapers, magazines and most importantly NCERT books.

Number of Attempts that you can try:

Four attempts for open, seven for OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs. I advised that you prepare well and write,as you may miss the attempt later.

Exam Pattern :

Preliminary Examination: It is of objective type, which is a qualifying examination based on new CSAT.
