sir ,my date of birth is 09/09/1991,i am b.sc. second year students now ,can i apply for cdse exam.

CDSE i.e Combined Defence Service Examination and this examination is conducted by UPSC twice in a year as namely CDS I and CDS II. The exam will be conducted in the month of February and August every year. Bachelor's degree holders are eligible to apply for this examination. Even studying the final year of degree course may also eligible to apply but pre-final year or 2nd year candidates are ineligible to apply for this examination.

Eligibility Criteria :-

• The candidate must have a completed degree course from a recognized University.
• No percentage bar required to apply for this examination.
• Candidate appearing of their final year examination are also eligible to apply.
• Unmarried male candidates are eligible.

Age limits :-

• Indian Naval Academy :- 19-22 years.
• Indian Military Academy :- 19-24 years.
• Indian Air Force Academy :- 19-23 years.
• Officer Training Academy :- 19-25 years.

Hello sir, i am doing bsc in physics and maths from ignou. Am i eligible for cdse and afcat examination. Is ignou a recognised university under goverment rules.

Trainees who do not join the IAF through the National Defense Academy must complete a six-month preflying training program before beginning Stage I training at the IAFA. where will be that training?
