There are 3 major defence forces of India and Indian Air Force is one of them.

To join in Indian Air Force right after passing +2 is a good opinion as it shows your interest in serving the country through defence.

The procedure of you joining in Indian Air Force is that you need to write the entrance exam to get selected for it.

There are many entrance exam which are conducted in India for candidates to join in Indian Air Force but as regarding the education qualification of yours,the exam which you need to write is the NDA Exam

There are criteria's which are needed to be satisfied as like all other entrance yexams and You are satisfying the education qualification as you have done +2 with PCB as subjects.

For applying for this exam the candidate need to have completed +2 with physics and mathematics as subjects.I hope you have also studied maths as subject,so that you will be eligible for the exam

The other standards would include such as that you need to be a citizen of India as regarding the Natioanlity standard.

The Martial Status for the exam states that the candidate appearing must be a unmarried male candidate.

The age limit needed for the exam states that the candidate must have a age limit of 16 1/2-19 years

You need to be physically fit while appearing for the exam as it is very important.

sorry friend , you can not apply for the air force with your subjects as physics, chemistry and biology.....

for getting eligible in the exam of airforce yor subjects should be physic , chemistry and mathematics if you donot have maths then you cannot apply for indian airforce ....


the eligibility condition for INDIAN AIR FORCE is minimum of 60% in 12th and 10th class and taking the subjecs as PCM in 12th class....

After 12th you can join Indian Air Force through appearing NDA entrance exam provided you fulfill other criteria.
NDA stands for NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO JOIN INDIAN AIR FORCE OF NDA:-
-The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male.
-Should have either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board. There is no criteria for percentage of marks to apply for NDA.
-Should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years of age.
-Should have possessed good physical and mental health.
The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview, Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

Candidates, short-listed for Indian Air Force after the initial selection procedure, go through a rigorous three-year training regimen at the National Defence Academy at Khadakwasla, followed by specialised training at one of the AF Training Establishments. Sorry you can't apply for Air Force if you are PCB student in 10+2. One must have Physics and Maths to become eligible for Air Force through NDA exam.

But don't worry you will be eligible for Indian Army through NDA exam. Just prepare very well for the NDA exam . If you clear it then you will be eligible for Indian Army.

Indian Army is also a very good option . So you can try for it .

You can join Air Force Ground Duty Branch after your Graduation through AFCAT examination. But you are still 10+2 and have to complete Graduation for AFCAT and CDS examination.

You can also apply for Group Y trade in Air Force if you want to join a Non Officer post in Indian Air Force. The age limit for Non Officer post is 17 1/2 to 23 years.

The selection will be based on the written examination and physical fitness test.

So be prepared for the NDA examination if you want to join Indian Army.

Otherwise you can take admission in Graduation and after completion apply for AFCAT ground duty branch.

Sorry to say that you cannot apply for Indian Air Force. Because, Indian Air Force needs PCM.

You can apply for Indian Army.

The eligibility criteria required for Indian Army are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of 12th from any recognised board.

* Age limit- 16.5-19 yrs.

* Nationality- Indian.

* Physically and mentally fit.

Indian Air Force needs PCM.

But, you need not to hopeless; you can apply for Indian Army.

Iam really sorry to say this you are not eligible for Indian Airforce, because only who are completed 12th standard with PCM subjects are eligible for Indian Airforce through NDA exam.
NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC Twice in a year.


NDA has three wings:-

Indian airforce,

Indian army,

Indian navy.

Eligibility criteria:-

The candidate should be complete 12th standard from a recognised board or university.

Percentage is not required for this exam.

The candidate must be a citizen of india and physically fit.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.

Age limits are 16.5 years to 19 years no upper age relaxation.

For navy and airforce you must be complete 12th standard with PCM subjects but no need for Indian army.


Selection process:-

Written exam,

SSB interview,

Medical test.

I am sorry to say that yo are not eligible for Indian Air force after passing B.Sc With Biology Stream.

If you want to join Defence you can join Indian Army.

For joining Indian Army you have to qualify the C.D.S exam.

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

Age limit for C.D.S exam is 19-24 year.

You should be medically fit.

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam
