Can I apply for OBC Non Creamy layer if my mother is BT Assistant Teacher in government school? Is Provident Fund included in gross pay?
My mother is a BT assistant teacher in a government school will i be able to apply under OBC non creamy layer? And one more question does provident fund (PF) will be included in gross pay ?

Provident Fund is not included in Gross Pay.
OBC stands for Other Backward Class. It has two layers, creamy and non creamy. The income dividing both layers of OBC is six lacs per annum. If your mother's income is less than 6 lacs per annum then you will be under non creamy layers and eligible to get benefits of relaxation. |
