You must complete graduation to try for IAS. After that, you must qualify civil services examination, interview, and medical fitness test. Selection test is conducted by UPSC. Age of the candidate must be between 21 and 30 years. Concession in age is given for reserved category candidates. OBC candidates will be given with 3 year age relaxation and SC/ST candidates with 5 year relaxation in age.

First of all to become eligible for IAS examination you have to pass Graduation course from a recognized University. Any stream Graduation Degree will make you eligible for IAS examination.
So if you haven't completed Graduation then complete it and be prepared for the IAS exam which is also known as Civil Services Exam. The exam is organised by UPSC. To become an IAS(Indian Administrative Service) officer, one has to apply, appear and crack Civil Service Examination conducted every year by UPSC.
Eligibility of IAS, Civil Service Exam:- -The candidate must be an Indian National. -Should have either appeared for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recognised University. -Should be within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. The selection is through three phases:- -CSAT - Civil Service Aptitude Test-Preliminary Examination -Civil Service Main Exam -Personal Interview The Civil Service Exam is very tough and competitive, so one should start preparation accordingly after completion of 12th along with under Graduate studies. At least one year rigorous preparation is must before siting for the Preliminary exam. One may take assistance of any good coaching Institute for Civil Service Exam. Eligibility Criteria: Educational qualification:- The candidate should be complete any graduation from a recognised university. Final year appearing candidates can also be eligible. Age criteria:- For general candidates 21 years to 30years, 3years age relaxation for OBC, 5Years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
