In order to be eligible for the Indian Forest Services Exam, candidate must have qualified bachelors degree program with any of the following subjects:

Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science-Botany-Chemistry-Geology-Mathematics-Physics-Statistics-Zoology

Apart from this, one must be within the age limit of 21-30 years.
The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to Sc/St category is 35 years.
The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to OBC category is 33 years.

The Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission once every year.

Is any person having a degree of B.Tech in IT branch eligible for IFS 2012 exam??

HI!
I am happy to inform you that after passing M.Sc I.T you are eligible for I.F.S exam.

I.F.S is Indian Forestry Services.

I.F.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.

The age limit for I.F.S exam is 21-30 year.
For ST/SC candidate is 21-36 year.

INDIAN FOREST SERVICE EXAM, 2012
Date of Notification:- 14.04.2012
Last date of submission of form:- 14.05.2012(MONDAY)
Date of Exam:- 14.07.2012 (SATURDAY)
