How to join Indian Army after completing BA with a age of 21?

i m post graduate student how can i join army

hai i am gradute from m.d.university can i join indian Army

i m 21 graduate with arts stream .what are different criteria trough which i can join indian army

Dear,..As you are arts student, so you can only be a INDIAN MILITARY OFFICER. But you can not apply for the INDIAN AIR FORCE & NAVAL ACADEMY.
In order to become a army officer, just after the completion of the 12th class, you must have to crack the NDA exam (NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY) EXAM, this examination is conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC) every year for two times.
Through this NDA examination, you can apply for the-

1. INDIAN AIR FORCE (IAF)
2. NAVAL ACADEMY (NA)
3.INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY (IMA)

The selection Procedure --

1. WRITTEN TEST
2. SSB
3. PHYSICAL EXAM.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION-

A candidate must has a 12th degree from the recognized board.

You must have Indian nationality.

You must have marital status unmarried.

You must be a MALE candidate.

Exam patten-



Age limit--

16.5- 19 years for all the candidates. Remind that, there is not any kind of age limit relaxations are applicable for any reserved category.
