If you have completed Graduation without passing 12th class then your Graduation degree will be void and you will not be eligible for any Graduation based job.

You are saying 12th not done from UGC recognised college. Who said you that 12th is UGC recognised course?

12th should be from a recognised Board of Education like CBSE, ICSE, Any State Board or Open Schooling.

So if you have done from a recognised Board then don't worry you will be eligible for IAS Examination.

The age limit for IAS Examination is given below:

General Category- 21 to 30 years

OBC Category - 21 to 33 years

SC/ST Category - 21 to 35 years

Examination Pattern:

-Preliminary Exam

-Mains Exam

-Interview

So start your preparation because the selection will be based on the marks in the above examination.
