Peoples says that BCA is just for Technical BPO's only is that true?

some what but thats not ends there coz my dear friends there are many companies such as hcl, patni computers etc which also take freshers from bca ....more over if u have extra skills like java,.net you can move to any software company

no its absolutely wrong u can go for software side also ..........
but u must be very much strong at skills ,, any languages , now a days u can see many jobs for degree in IT sector

no...u can hve better opportunities in big mnc's like microsoft,,ibm.....there r little bit influence of bca students in bpo

1.java/j2ee developers
2.sas analyst
3.php developers
4.php/mysql
5.kpo
6.bpo
if you are intersted,you can join mca,mba,msc courses also,which you can improve your offers.

there are many persons working in software companies as technical support or software developer etc., by doing BSc electronics or BCA.....
since BCA is very less preferred in INDIA and there will be very less colleges offering it and very less people opting for it.....brings out many rumours which may not be true..

no its not the case.. but people do generally prefer to go for jobs rather thn higher studies.. u do have as many options as a normal graduate have, u can go for mba, mca, and many more proffesional course.. just dont limit your thinking.. u can achieve great heights... all the best.

No that is not true at all. BCA graduates can get jobs in the IT/software fields in different organizations.

There are so many sectors you can join like the application programmer,database developer,network administrator,system programmer etc.

Just go around the business market in the software industry you can find lot of jobs. Beside this as the market in India has started growing in a good pace you can easily get a number of options.

So there is nothing like BCA graduates only get jobs in the BPO sector..

It would be much better for you in case of getting jobs,if you had completed your MCA course also.

That could give you large job openings and choices..

Go friend, find your kind of job according to your interest and capability.

If you want to know percent wise then 80% it is true but 20% it is meant for another field like teaching, banks etc.but if you opt a higher education and completed your MCA then so many other fields opens for you which will not go to BPO.

it is not true you can go for further study as MCA

you can also find your future in BPO'S .........

no friend this is not true after bca you can enter to the many fields not only bpo's you can go to the software jobs
like TCS,WIPRO,INFOSYS if you are eligible

no dear.. its not very true. u can get better jobs other than BPO,s.There are many other options after completing BCA.Its a such a good course. Today is the time of good knowledge,skills,good communication power and ability to handle your work. By these quality u may opt for any jobs even after completing your BCA

It is absolutely whong information,i am a technical student,i know that very well.
Many High level MNC like IBM,Wipro,TCS,CTS,Accenture hire student of BCA from campus interview and non campus...

it is somewhat true but not fully. if your programming skill is good .you know different programming languages like-C,C++, DOT NET, ORACLE,JAVA e.t.c then you can also go in software companies.

this is absolutely wrong dear BCA is not meant for BPO's only there are many more sector where they can go

they can go in development sector and testing sector and application sector
the only requirement is that you may be capable enough to face the opportunities your technical knowledge should be sound enough to handle interview apart from that you may go for trouble shooting job that is tech support companies . people often gets confused in tech support and BPO but tech support is different job than BPO

the only thing is that when you go for job after BCA itself than package would be less of you want to grasp a good package you may opt for either MCA or MBA both degree are good and add's a bulky wattage in your carrier as well as in job profile.

it depends on the college you are studying and your exposure.
Keep an eye on placements for BCA graduates in other local colleges and on your coll.You can get surely a job into software.But dont blame without proper preparation of the communication skills and aptitude.

It is not true that BCA graduates get only BPO jobs. After completing BCA, they have job options in computer field also.They can look for some junior level jobs in Java, J2EE, C++, Dot Net or Mainframes or any other technology in which they are proficient.

But job is not advisable after BCA since it has limited scope. Pursuing higher education will enhance the career porospects

If you are interested in teaching or education field then MCA would be a good for you. If you want to enhance your professional and managerial skills then MBA is good for you.

Actually,It is not true that BCA graduates get only BPO jobs.But as the market is not yet overcome from the recession period completely so this issue arises.

Thats rubbish you can join any software company on the basis of your. you should know many programming languages

actually not that.but present fact is that all students after passing BCA they all go for BPO jobs,because that is easily avaliable.some of students also go for MCA or MBA.and rest gone for training about JAVA,.NET like technica; related course and find a suitable job for them.so if you wish to do BCA then just try to go for technical purpose.

it happens now a days....but if you study a little bit harder. then you can get jobs in any software company.....
you can try on and off campusing.....

I completed my bca degree in 2011. Now am working in a software company(12 years old Company) as a software developer...
Not only that they are giving me the work which the mca people are doing.
And my salary is more than that of mca people because i am having 6 month of experience. and they are just fresher.
And alos apart from this i am doing MCA from IGNOU....
SO IF YOU HAVE TALENT,INTEREST IN SOFTWARE FIELDS >>YOU CAN EASILY EARN LAKHS OF MONEY WITH BCA DEGREE ALSO..
--I recommend you, you try to get job in some company after your bca degree and do MCA from IGNOU..

dear friend its very difficult if you made is easily so you take mca degree and you gate easily job.

Am also a BCA graduate, passed out in 2010. Soon after got job in BPO, served there for 5 months. But I was dedicated to get settled in Software, Soon after I got an offer in MNC.
Now am working here, its 17 days to complete my 1year here. And also am doing MCA in correspondence in Mysore university, in parallel I will do some certifications. That will help me to build my career and for my Appraisals.

My Opinion is BCA is the Best option to go, for hardworking middle class background students, rather spending lot of money in doing BE or BTech.

if i choose to work in bpo company,what is the work i have to do under bpo.what is the job of bpo person.

hi iam a bca graduate in 2015 and have a great interst in working in it company but the problem is that i have 47% in H.S and also have financial problem due to which i cant purchue my mca so please suggest me what to do?
