~ You can attend for the walkins in different BPO companies for either Inbound process or Outbound process.

In Inbound process , you will receive calls from the customers.
In Outbound process , you will make calls to the customers.

-> To get job in any BPO company , you should have good communication skills
-> You should speak atleast one Regional language like Hindi , Telugu , Bengali , Tamil , etc.
-> If you speak morethan one regional language then it will be an added advantage to you.
-> Infact there are many bpo companies , which will recruit the candidates who speak Hindi fluently and manageable english.
