NDA refers to National Defense Academy and to join the same one is required to qualify NDA entrance examination held twice every year ( i.e; NDA I in April and NDA II in September) by UPSC.

As far as you are concerned about the age requirement for appearing in NDA II 2018, then as per the notification of NDA II 2018, your age need to lie within 16.5 years to 19.5 years by the 1st July 2019 (i.e; you are required to be born not earlier than 02nd January, 2000 and not later than 1st January, 2003).

So, if your age is 19 years at present then you are not eligible for appearing in NDA II 2018 or upcoming NDA entrance examination.

For more detailed information regarding NDA II 2018 eligibility conditions, you can download its official notification by referring to the link www.upsc.gov.in/sites/default/files/Notice-NDA-NA-II-2018-Engl.pdf .
