UPSC stands for Civil Service Examination. The eligibility to appear for examination is :-

Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from any recognised university.

The age limit to appear for examination is 21-32 years relaxation for reserved category.

As, BRAOU is a recognised open university so bachelor degree from university is valid to appear for examination. So, you are eligible to appear for examination.

Candidates have to qualify in all three stages of examination for final recruitment.

Civil Services examination are held by UPSC once every year for recruitment of admisnistrative officer.

As far as you are concerned about your eligibility for appearing in Civil Services examination having completed your graduation from from BRAOU ( Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Open University ) then I would like to let you know that you are certainly eligible as the same university is approved by UGC and its degree are accepted by UPSC.

Apart from educational qualification you must hold the nationality of India with your age lying within 21 years to 32 years for appearing in the same examination. Further age relaxation is allowed for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.
