What is the procedure for applying group II exams through online?

You just go respective states public servuce commission websites. For example Andhra pradesh state website is www.apspsc.gov.in
By clicking on Online Registration you can go through the application form,fill it and submit.

I think its a test of patience in this busy when we are trying to apply for. This shall be a wate of time. My Query:

Having awaited for a long time, still I am unable to download the post payment of challan form, to fill in the details including ENTERING JOURNAL NUMBER ONLINE. THIS HAS BEEN A LABORIOUS TASK. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DISGUSTING, why is your board making the things bigger and worser/ still i am unable to finish the rest half of my application
