How can I get admission for Merchant Navy having not filled the form for this?
hello !! i want to go merchant navy but problem is that i didn`t fill the from of that so how can i get addmision ??

You can appear for OPEN-NET Examination which is jointly conducted by IGNOU and DGS in the month of July of every year. To obtain an application form you can visit http://ignou.ac.in
