after 12 how to get in merchant navy...please tell me hw to get in it

Merchant navy:
in the merchant navy you can get the job marine engineering and deck cadats etc.

Eligibility for the merchant navy:

1.You must have complete the 12th with physics,chemistry,math .
2.You should need to complete the ship training course before the job in the merchant navy.
3.You must be Indian citizen.
4.Eye sight should be normal. but with the 2.5 glasses eyesight also allowed.
5.Unmarried Male and Female candidates are eligible.
6.Age requirement is not more than 20 years.
As an Officer:

3 year degree course in Nautical Science for (10+2) students.

4 year degree course in Marine Engineering for (10+2) students.

2 year course for Diploma Holders.

1 year course for Graduate Mechanical Engineers.

3 month course for Deck Cadets for (10+2) students

Selection process:
you can be selected for the merchant navy through the written test and the interview.
you should pass the medical fitness test for the sea services.
