sir iam a student of class 11 .ask me about how can i join merchant navy after 12 class .iam a medium student in studies

Dear Student,
You should be prepared to get good marks in your 12th firstly, minimum 60%.
Then there are 2 ways to get admitted in a Marine course.
First, you may appear for JEE and/or AIEEE, and based on the marks/rank you achieve you can apply to various maritime colleges, ex- tolani, IMI, MERI, etc.

Secondly, you can directly apply to these colleges as they also conduct their separate entrance tests. In this case, you are not required to give AIEEE/IITJEE.

Based on the cut-off list prepared, you will be informed of your status.
You can also look for Marine options abroad. Good destinations are UK, Singapore. You may have to give SAT/TOEFL.

To join Merchant Navy you need to give the entrance exam of various colleges which offers this degree. There after completing your degree you will be placed in some Shipping company. Initially you will be given training for 1 year after that you will get a Tag(post) on your back and you will be permanent.

To give the exam for Merchant Navy you should have Physics ,chemistry and Mathamatics in you 11th and 12th class with minimum 55%.

Chanakya University -Mumbai is the best college for doing Merchant Navy, they will provide you good placement also.They conduct their exam separately for getting candidates for Merchant Navy.

YES , you can join merchant navy after 12th.
>> 12th passed with physics,chemistry,and mathematics and better knowledge in English language and grammer.

You should first get 60% in 12th. and then you should crack jee or aieee.

there are 2 ways to go for it they are by attempting competitive exams,by entrance test of the colege..
you need to have atleast 60%in 12 class
competitive exams are like AIEEE..
entrance exams are conducted by the college itself to which you opt for...
