Re: How can I prepare for IPS exam while in B.A 2nd year?
The first step in becoming an IPS is to clear the CSAT exam conducted by UPSC. This test consists of two papers in General Studies and General Aptitude Paper. The pattern of the test is objective type questions. You should prepare well for clearing this test. The test gives stress more on language skills along with analysis and decision making skills. So you should give importance to these from now onwards. With proper study plan you can clear the test. Once you clear the test you should clear the mains and interview. With good focus and handwork you can surely become an IPS officer.
