i am doing b.tech with civil branch in 1st year.i want to change my college and take aerospace branch from other college. can i take admission in other college or university from 2nd year?

It is not possible to change or switch from one institution to another under different universities. In certain cases and under the clause led down by the institution it is possible to switch from one college to another under the same university. Regarding changing of subject or stream in the second year then let me tell you it is not possible. If you wish to switch colleges under same university then you have to give the reason to the concerned department and if approved you will be allowed to switch.
