Re: How to clear the IBPS PO exam interview?
Its great that you have cleared IBPS PO Exam. So, 50% of PO job almost confirmed for you. For the confirmation of complete PO job in public sector bank, you have to crack the Interview which is being conducted by various public sector banks.
Whenever there will be a notification for the recruitment of Probationary Officers by any of these 19 public sector banks, that particular bank will invite the candiates with a specific score in IBPS PO Exam out of qualified candidates in IBPS PO Exam. So, if the candidate successfully crack the Interview procedure also, he will be given job opportunity in that particular bank as PO or Assistant Manager. So, try to be strong enough in Banking Knowledge and recent updates happened in banking sector along with the fundamental knowledge related to banking sector which will be the major focus in the Interview. This is because the Interviewer will test the candidate to identify the grip that the candidate is having in banking sector. In addition, several questions will be posed depending upon your profile in the sense questions regarding the project that you mentioned in your resume, reasons for gap in studies if any, and questions from the certification programs if you mention any. You will be asked your family profile and your views regarding your career and your goals. So, try to be strong enough with these aspects. One sincere suggestion is don't try to bluff the Interviewer with your words at the time of Interview. Rather than that its better of not answering. Wish you all the best. |
