For your information:

Recruitment offered by the IAF:
1.IAF conducts the FTS for flying (Pilot) (SSC) and Metrological branches (PC/SSC).
2.Institute also provides the training process to the selected candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:
For Flying (Pilot)
• Appearing Candidate must have done graduation in any discipline with at least 60 % aggregate to be eligible for this course.
• Applying Candidate must have passed Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level.
• Aspiring Candidate must not be more than 23 years of age.

For Metrological Branch:
Aspiring Candidate must have done Post Graduation in Science / Geography / MCA to be eligible for this course.
• Applying Candidates must have minimum of 50 % aggregate to be eligible for this course.
• Candidate must have passed Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level.
• Candidate must not be more than 25 years of age.

NOTE:
Final year students can also apply for this reputed Post
Important dates:
For registration in Delhi and Noida
• Date of Registration: midweek of March 2011
• Time: 8 AM to 11 AM

For Registration in Chandigarh:
• Date of Registration: Beginning of 4th week of March 2011
• Time: 8 AM to 11 AM

though I have downloaded both the forms(male and female forms) and attached it here, you can download it from here and fill it up in bold capital letters properly and send it to the address.

now where to send the application form depends on the centers for which you are applying.

the details of the centers and their corresponding addresses in also attached below.

You should write envelope contains application format "APPLICATION FOR AIRFORCE COMMON ADMISSION TEST: 27 MARCH 2011"

The courses for which you are applying are:

-Flying Branch
-Technical Branch
-Ground Duty Branches

The last date for receipt of applications: 22 February 2011.

The last Date for receipt of application for far flung areas candidates: 1 March, 2011

The date of Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT): 27 March 2011.

Air force conducts various entrance exam for the selection of candidates
in Indian Air force as an officer. A candidate can apply for the Indian
Air force as an officer through AFCAT entrance exam and CDS exam which
is conducted by the UPSC.

The eligibility required for both of the exam is given below:

Education Qualification
Candidate should be graduate in any discipline from the recognized
university. Those appeared in the final year examination are also
eligible to apply for both of the exam.

Mode of application
For AFCAT
FOR AFACT exam the application form can be obtained from the official
web site of Indian Air force which is

For CDS
Candidate can fill the application form for the CDS exam through online
which can be obtained from the offical web site of UPSC which is
www.upsc.gov.in

The instruction for filling the application form for both entries is given on
the official web sites you can check out from there.

for this all required information written on form

Its great opportunity to you to serve for your own country,if you have the caliber you must join the Indian Air-force.

As you have already completed your graduation level,then you can apply for then you can get chance to take admission in Indian Airforce.

There are some selection procedure such as:

Combined Defense Services (CDS) Exam is generally conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) to recuirt the Indian Military Academy(IMA), Officers Training Academy(OTA), Naval Academy and Air Force Academy(AFA)

According to the Eligibility Criteria:

Flying branch as pilot will be selected through Short Service Commission for men & women

Age:

i)19 to 23 years
ii)19 to 25 years for CPL Holders which is issued by DGCA ,India.
Upper age limit is relaxed up to 25 years.

Marital Status:
You have to be Single.

Nationality:
You have to be Indian

Gender:
Men and women can apply for the examination.

Educational Qualifications

1:You have to be Graduate of 3 years course in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level.

or
You should have a degree of BE / B Tech of 4 years course from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together.

2. Final year students can also apply,having no backlog and minimum 60 % aggregate marks in the previous year's semesters.

Generally,the notice is published in the month of March and September every year.

While filling the form , the "10 2" details refers to the aggregate of 10th and Higher secondary , OR the higher secondary ( 2) details alone?

The students who got below 60% aggregate in graduation (engineering).is there is vacany for that students who got below 60% aggregate in air force?
