Hii sir.i m likhit s. ail .i read in +2 class.and i believe that i gain 80% marks.i want to go im merchant navy as aofficer so what should i do after +2.

Merchant Navy eligibility :
>>After 12th as an officer through various degree or diploma courses in mainly two specialized fields,
1. Nautical (Deck)
2. Marine engineering.
>>Unmarried Female and Male candidate are eligible .
>>Age Limit : 16-25 Years

Dear friend,

There are mainly three fields in Merchant Navy under which you can join Merchant Navy.

These streams are:
1)Deck

2)Engine

3)Catering

Eligibility criteria:

-->You must pass 12th exam with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.

-->You should have minimum 55% marks in the 12th exam.

For joining Merchant navy you can do following Courses-----

==>B.tech in Marine engineering(4 years)

==>B.Sc in Nautical Science(3 years)

==>3 month course for Deck cadets

==>Diploma course in Marine engineering(2 years)
