You must start your preperation from the first year of your graduation , choose a course in which your basic is clear and have a good understanding .I would suggest you to take up Arts as the study material is widely available , and join a good coaching institute which will help you better in your preperation process .Study NCERT text book again upto class 12 , which will help you to brush up the basic .All the best

Dear friend ,Now you couldn't appear in the IAS exam .Because you need to complete the any bachelor degree after the completion of 12th stranded
