Respacted Sir my name is altaf and i am 12 pass in arts with 40% mark from i am from jammu and kashmir i want to join marchant navy my dob is 16 01 1991 and i have one year diploma in computer application sir give me the solution how to join navy is there any way to join sir plece reply to my email id

Have get 56.2%marks in 12th with arts stream with English ,can apply for the merchants navy????

You can not join Merchant Navy after 12th standard with arts stream. To join Merchant Navy, you should have passed 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

After 10+2 with PCM one can apply for Deck Cadet post in Merchant Navy. One must have very good eyesight, Physical fitness and no color blindness for Merchant Navy.

For those who want to become Engineer in Merchant Navy must have a Marine Engineering degree or it equivalent qualification.
