After completing 12th examination , you are eligible to join India Army .

To join in Indian Army the candidate need to possess higher secondary level from a recognized School or equivalent qualification and those who are awaiting in the examination results or pursing in the final year of 12th exam may also eligible to apply for Indian Army .

To join in Indian Army , the candidate can apply in two ways :-

The candidate should have a completed 12th with any desire subject and final year candidates also eligible to apply. There is no percentage bar required to apply for this examination . Age should be between 16.5 years and 19.5 years and Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply.

U have to give entrance test...
It is not too tough and u should be physically fit for that job..good luck buddy..army is the best platform for doing something good for country

you can join the indian army after 12th you can apply for the NDA.


NDA stands for national defence academy. NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC once in a year.


NDA has three wings

Indian army
Navy
Indian airforce


Elgicility criteria:

The candidate should be a citizen of india.

The candidate educational qualification is 12th standard from a recognized state board of india.

The candidate age limit is 16.5 to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidate are eligible girls are not eligible for this exam.

It is really very good that you want to serve your country. After passing 10+2 from a recognized board you are eligible to apply for the Indian Army. Candidates who will be appearing for the 10+2 exam this year are also eligible to apply.

You can Join the Indian Army in 2 ways.

1)NDA Entrance Examination
NDA stands for the National Defense Academy. Every year Entrance examination is conducted by Union of Public Service Commission(UPSC) for the Indian Navy, Air Force and Army wing of NDA.

Eligibility Criteria:

1)Should be a Indian;

2)Age must be between 16.5 and 19 years;

3)Must have passed 10+2 or appeared for 10+2 examination in that year from any recognized board.

4)Only Unmarried Male candidates are allowed.

There will be 2 papers in the written exam
Paper I- Mathematics
Paper II- General Ability.

Eligibility Criteria:
