i am going to appear for afmc exam give advise how to prepare for afmc entrance exam

afmc is armed force medical college.for preparation,u can thouroughly revise ncert books,arihant series,u can go to following tutorials........

AFMC is not the Big issue as Higher Secondary Exam is your Turning Point if you take seriousness towards 12th Board and if you clear it with Good marks then Only you are Eligible for writing Exam like AFMC,AIIMS, AIPMT.If you secure Less than 50% in PCB then you will not be Eligible for it, Try to Maintain your Marks for Eligibility atleast

so Don't forget to do Hard work,There are many ways to do self studying but first of all you should have great determination and hard work to achieve this

1.try to as many as possible objective questions

2.theory questions try to read it in the morning

3.try to solve all previous questions of AFMC and if possible other Medical Papers also

4.take some test series it will help you

AFMC is not a simple and easy exam it is very much competative exams as it contains only 130 seats where 105 for boys and 25 for girls
and yes prepare your syllabus two times before going to exam
first of all
preparation should began with NCERT BOOKS.
you can choose n.c.e.r.t books of 11th and 12th for biology and physics
after completing with ncert
go for (physics)
1.pardeep fundamental
2.modern abc
3.arihant
for bio use
pardeep fundamental only
at last use the best book OSWAAL book
because it contain
chapter wise syllabus,
related syllabus for AFMC
last 10 year previous papers
model test paper
after doing this who will easily get success

Hi,

AFMC is Armed Forces Medical College situated in Pune.It takes separately its entrance examination for admission to MBBS course.There is total 130 seats of which 25 is reserved for Girls.

Since the entrance exam is taken on all India basis so it is comparatively tougher than other medical entrance exams.

To prepare for this examination you must study thoroughly the class 11-12 science subjects according to CBSE syllabus.You will also have to prepare for English paper.You can follow the books for IITJEE in which deeply the subjects have been discussed.You can join coaching centers specially meant for medical entrance test examinations.

The tips to get into afmc

1. study the ncert topics clearly.
2. make short lesson notes of the topics.
3. get some old question papers
4. pratice the questions and do mock drills regularly for time management
5. get a clear idea about question pattern
6. revise the lesson notes time to time
