Yes dear definitely you are eligible to apply for Merchant Navy after 12th. And for this you need to complete 12th with Maths, Physics and Chemistry are the main subjects.

If you want to join in Merchant Navy then you have to appear for IIT JEE Examination. According to the Marks scored in IIT JEE you will be taking up for Merchant Navy.

Age should be in between these limits.

* Minimum Age should be : 16 years

* Maximum Age should be : 25 years.
