Your talent and intelligence is tested through entrance exams and interview later on. In fields like programming or ethical hacking, games, making apps, you can work on your own to establish you identity even without academic qualification.

In India, academic qualification is necessary for any type of job either in public sector or private sector. Levels of academic qualification differs in case of Group A, B, C and D.

But without any academic qualification or degree, you can not apply for either government or private job. Intelligent and talented candidates can become Entrepreneur who can give job to millions.
