It is very nice to see that you want to become an IAS officer and want to serve the nation.
The eligibility criteria for the IAS officer is that the candidate should be a Graduate in any stream from a recognized university and his age should be between 21-30 years for general category.Age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years is given to the OBC and SC/ST candidates respectively.

So the OBC candidate can apply to the IAS upto the age of 33.

Maximum or upper age limit for OBC women is 33 years.for IAS and IPS both exams.

The upper age limit for women of OBC category to appear in IAS exam is same as that for male candidates of OBC category. People belonging to OBC category should have a minimum age of 21 years and maximum age 33 years. There is no special relaxation for women.

This examination is conducted by Upsc every year.

The age limits are common to the all the candidates.There is no specific relaxation in that.

Candidates who are belongs to the OBC category,the candidate should have a minimum 21 years to 33 years.There is no special relaxation for women and the age limits are common to the all candidates(he/she).

This year preliminary examination was already over on 12/06/11.

The next notification was published in the month of January or February in the official website or employment news paper.

1.Age limit

There is no additional limitation in age is given to women but as you are belongs to OBC category, 3 year relaxation in age is given to you by the orders of honorable supreme court.
