Actually it is very hard to join merchant navy after computer engineering because most of the entry points are for electrical & mechanical only.
But you can try these companies to enter in merchant navy:- 1-Phoenix Maritime (www.phoenixmaritime.in) 2-Omega Maritime Ltd.(www.omega-maritime.com) these allow computer engineering student |

i am selected for ascent naval Thailand company limited in open campus. Only a last round is left to clear i.e. medical test. after that if i cleared then i can join this company. But i have doubt that "Is this fake company or not?" coz they asked to deposit 2500 U.S. $ during 45 days training. I am totally confused don't know what to do?
can anyone have any information regarding this company ? can anyone suggest me what should i do?
