Is it possible to get MS in Civil Engineering in good universities after scoring 1260 in GRE and 92 in TOEFL?


Hi, i gave gave my gre and my score is 1260, toefl 92. i have two active backlogs. im aiming for ms in civil engineering is it possible to get it in any good universities..
