Required Academic criteria and age limit to apply for the positions of Inspector and Sub Inspector? Can I apply for CBI or CID though serving for IAF?
please tell me about the age limit and education criteria for sub - inspector and inspector. Now I am serving in IAF can I apply for CBI or CID

The selection process of Sub inspector of police conducted by public service commission.In these minimum graduates are allowed. Eligibility for SI exam: You should have Indian citizenship. Age Limit- You age should be between 20 to 25 years on the day of examination. Age Relaxation- There is an age relaxation of - 3 years for OBC reserved category candidates. 5 years for SC/ST reserved category candidates. 5 years for candidates who have achieved distinction in sports. Education Qualification- You should have a bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university. There is no percentage cut-off as such. Physical Standards- minimum height needed-170cms chest size should be 81cms before expansion and minimum 85cms after full expansion. |
