i am confused that Science or commerce which stream is good for ias
which strem get similar subjects???

Well it will entirely be a decision based on your interest and also the subject in which you plan to write your civil services. Like for example, if you are keen to write the exam in political science or history, then opting for Arts would be a better option, but if you think you want to go for Maths or engg. then Science with maths is good and so on.
