If you want to get admission in Medical courses such as MBBS or BDS then marks in 12th board does not matter allot.

Admission in the MBBS and BDS courses is conducted on the basis of score in NEET examination.

The admission in B.Sc course is conducted on the basis of aggregate in 12th board examination or entrance examination conducted by the university. So for detail visit official website of respective university.

NEET refers to National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and same is a national level medical entrance examination held for offering admission in undergraduate medical degree courses i.e; MBBS/BDS degree course across any medical college of India except AIIMS and JIPMER.

The minimum education required for appearing in NEET is a higher secondary school degree in science stream with PCB group subjects with at least 50% marks in it from a recognized board of education. Marks relaxation of 10% is allowed for reserved category candidates.

As far as you are concerned about the effect of Class 12th marks on NEET rank then for your information I would like to let you know that Class 12th marks is has no effect on NEET rank apart from deciding the candidates eligibility for appearing in NEET.

For more details regarding NEET you can refer to the link www.cbseneet.nic.in.

Admission in most of the medical courses in government or private institutes are conducted on the basis of NEET ( National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test ).

So, if you have scored less in 12th board examination then there is no more concern.

But if you want to get admission in B.Sc course you will get admission on the basis of aggregate in board examination.

Now most of the institutes conduct entrance examination to offer admission in general B.Sc course.

NEET is National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test the score in the NEET examination plays a crucial role in getting admission in most of the medical courses such as MBBS, BDS. BAMS etc.

So, if have not scored well in the board examination but have scored good marks in NEET then you are eligible to get admission in above mentioned courses in better institutes.

For candidates who want to get admission in general B.Sc hons. course aggregate in board examination matter allot as the merit list is prepared on the basis of board aggregate instead of NEET score.

NEET stands for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. This is common entrance test for admission in MBBS and BDS courses throughout India.

To get admission in MBBS, you have to get good marks in NEET no matter what marks you get for 12th board exam.

But to get admission in B.Sc, each college will have a minimum cut off.Preferences is given to those with higher score in 12th board exams. No entrance exam is conducted for admission to this course. Entrance exam may be conducted for courses like Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, etc.

NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. NEET is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education for admission in MBBS and BDS courses. The minimum academic qualification required for NEET exam is that candidate should have done 10+2 from a recognized board and scored at least 50% marks in 12th board. Your subjects in 10+2 must include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

If you have the minimum percentage of marks in 12th then there is nothing to worry. Your rank in NEET exam will decide college in which you will get admission in MBBS or BDS course. Your target should be to be within top 2000 rank for All India counselling.
