What is the eligibility criteria required to apply for D.Ed course through NIOS board?
Sir/Mam, What is the eligibility criteria required to apply for D.Ed course through NIOS board? Can someone please guide me with the right information on the same? What are the minimum criteria needed? Awaiting for the response soon. Thank you!

D.Ed stands for Diploma in Elementary Education. The eligibility criteria for Diploma in Elementary Education are:
>>Candidates must have done 10+2 from a recognized board. Board appearing candidates can also apply for this exam. >>Candidates need to have minimum of 50% marks in board examination. D.Ed ( Diploma in Education ) is two year course. The level of qualification will be of diploma.
The eligibility to appear in common entrance examination to get admission in D.Ed course is candidate must have passed 12th with science or arts stream. The minimum aggregate to appear in examination is 50% ( varies with examination ). So, if you have passed 12th from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling ) then you are eligible to appear in examination to get admission in the course. To get more detail information about entrance examination visit at official website of respective institute from which you want to pursue the course. |

D.Ed stands for Diploma in Education.
The eligibility criteria for D.Ed course is: D.Ed aspirant should have done 12th from a recognized board of India. Board appearing candidates can also apply for D.Ed course. The eligibility criteria required to apply for Diploma in Education course through National Institute of Open Schooling Board:
*Candidate should have passed senior secondary board exam or appearing for board exam from any recognized board of India. *The percentage of marks required for D.Ed course is 50% in 10+2. You can apply if you satisfy both of these criteria. |

Eligibility criteria for D.Ed courses are as follows:-
Candidate must have passed their Intermediate from any of the recognized stream in any discipline. Candidate age should not less than 18 years. Maximum age is not declared yet. Candidate must have attained at least 60% aggregate in Intermediate. College should be recognized otherwise degree will not be valid. |

The full form of D.Ed is Diploma in Education. National Institute of Open Schooling offers D.Ed course which is recognized and acceptable wherever required.
The least academic qualification required is 10+2 from a recognized board. You need to have at least 50% marks in board exam of 12th. You can register online for this course at official website of NIOS. |
